Kinda, I moved from the Westbank, to Mid-City and now to the NOLA east on the water.
I will move much further east to southern MS or Baldwin County Alabama when I retire.

I would like to live back in North LA to be near my family but every time I visit I am reminded of why it sucks. I live in Central TX now, may retire to East TX someday

Grew up in Bogalusa but settled in Baton Rouge after I retired from the Air Force in 2013. Hopefully moving to Florida in the not so distant future.

Nope, born in Jeffersonville, IN.
Have lived in/ around Huntsville AL
since 1975. Jeffersonville is across the Ohio river from Louisville so I recognized/remember a lot of areas affected by the plane crash yesterday. My grandfather worked at the Ford plant by the airport.

Yes. New Orleans born and have lived here all my life other than college and a thankfully brief work related 3 years in Houston. I may spend part of my time somewhere else when I retire to be closer to the kids, but I will always have a home here.
