No, but they do have magic underwear. They also have some weird temple rites with loin washing and breast groping. All religions have strange traditions, but ol' Joey Smith made him a religion that supplied him with endless pussy and money. Pretty good gig until they killed him.

They also believe that essentially Satan and Jesus are siblings.
Yeah I don’t think so

When viewed under a Protestant or Catholic Christian lens, it is a cult. Definitely not a crazy, Charlie Manson-type cult, but still a cult, according to Christian doctrine.

If we're going to get really specific about it, I see no reason a cult member can't be a Christian

Do you believe Keilia Ohai is a Christian? JJ Watt does.

No, not at all. Nice non-Christian people and going straight to hell.

Its funny how stupid when it comes to this subject some Christians can be about other Christian subclasses. Baptists around here love to say Catholics aren’t Christian.
This is one of those questions that you get widely different answers.
Christian groups have wildly different views in a lot of areas, I would lump the Mormons in with the rest of you because you all share Jesus. They sprang from the same religion as all you Protestants.

Yeah you are showing your ignorance

Mormons have views that diverge immensely from Catholics and Protestants about the nature of God. Christians view God as a three-in-one being (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). Mormons reject trinitarianism outright and believe God is essentially three distinct beings. The nature of who or what God is constitutes an irreconcilable difference imo.

And you're the arbiter on that decision?

Neither Mormons nor Protestants are members of the Christian faith as Christ established his Church.

True. Mormons are peaceful and have family values. If you ever want to join a cult, that's the one to be in!

Most Mormons I've known are better people than most Christians I've known.

I mean, I may not get the Catholic faith or agree with things yall believe...but I still at least consider you a brother and sister in Christ.
Damn shame you can't feel the same way.

Mormons don't consider Jesus to be the son of God and Savior of humanity, so no, they're not Christian.
Mormons and their baptism aren't recognized as Christian by any Christian denomination.
Mormons actually believe they can become an equal deity to Jesus in their celestial heaven by converting enough souls to their religion while on Earth. This is why they focus on multiple wives, keeping the best genealogy records in the world and getting new converts to posthumously baptize their ancestors. It is literally a faith based on a multi level marketing business model!
This is also why Mormons are huge in the MLM world, getting people in their pyramid is fundamental to their faith.
