No. But most of this board does.

That's called a dream or hypnopomic hallucination.

Me either. My wife does, and thinks the previous owner of our house had his wife die here.

I know she had cancer, and passed away, possibly in my house. Obviously that's tragic, but I don't care that someone potentially died in my home otherwise. It bothers me 0%.

I prefer to just not frick around it.

For a world that believes in some of the most ridiculous stuff, the answer is "I don't know". I do like Beetlejuice.

One of our fire stations is. Many people over the years have seen a little girl and heard her voice. I was woken up back when I was a captain, only one in the room with my locker door being slammed. Had a bad feeling come over me right before it happened. I sat up and then could here giggling. I was only at that station a year and that was only experience. But no other fireman was in the room or anywhere around the room when it happened in middle of the night.

Not really. If they do exist, why don't we ever hear about them doing something cool or useful? It would be cool if I woke up to ghosts cutting the grass or washing my truck. Or maybe stay up and keep an eye on the brisket.

No but I believe anyone that "sees" them are 100% convinced and in their mind, they did see something.

I don't believe in ghosts but have a friend who swears that his house is haunted. I never experienced anything when I was there visiting but he said it doesn't come around when I am there. It has put in an appearance when his girlfriend was there.

We updated an old Tudor home after the lady died in it for a Priest who purchased it . One day we came back from lunch and the Priest was on the front porch pissed off asking us which one of us is pulling the prank in the bedroom that the lady died in . They had stripped the Oak floors the day before and while we were gone a pentagram was drawn with a mop and nasty water in the middle of her room. The Priest said he only left for a minute and locked all the doors. That house is probably still on Government and North Foster I think ?

the ghost baws can't do that. they don't want the attention for it bc they are already dead and can't interfere. you just gotta let them do their thing and they let you do yours

The real question is why people do the -- five (5). I got it at the first five (5). Redundant much?

Yes. Well, I don't know if they are ghosts in the traditional sense, but there is something. I've had a some experiences, a couple of which I would say made me a true believer. I believe that we do not understand the workings or the universe nearly as well as we think we do. What we consider "supernatural" is simply natural; it's just that we don't understand it yet or able to comprehend it.

Our new house got us a few times. We just ignore it though.

More than two times there have been the sounds of kids running upstairs and lightly laughing.

Come to find out that my wife had all kids out for a haircut.

I was incredulous when she walked in.

I asked if she took all four. She said yes. Then asked how long ago they pulled in and she said that they had just pulled in.

I was in a coma due to an auto accident. I wasn't expected to live. I was very close with my grandmother who died in 1988. The accident that I was involved in happened in 1994. I never remembered ever seeing my grandmother since she died. Years ago my hobby was raising orchids but I got tired of doing that. While I was in ICU I remember my grandmother talking to me. She said, Mark you need to grow orchids again. I told her that I didn't want to. She next told me that I got an orchid catalog in the mail the day before. I told her that I never got an orchid catalog for over twenty years. She said that the catalog that I got in the mail had a blue orchid on the cover and that my mother put the catalog in the trash where she throws away the old newspapers. She told me to wake up and tell my mother that I wanted my orchid catalog. I woke up and told my mother that I wanted my orchid catalog. She asked me what catalog. I described it to her and she asked who told me that. I said your mother told me and that you threw it in the trash with your old newspapers. My mom said she got a chill down her spine. She went home and she brought the orchid catalog that my grandmother told me about. After six months in the hospital I went home. The first thing that I did was look through the orchid catalog and ordered some orchids. I'm still growing orchids but not at the scale that I did many years ago. I never saw my grandmother after she died but I definitely remember her conversation. I don't believe in ghosts but I believe that a person who you really loved will make their presence known. My mom had a close friend that moved into an old house and the stuff that she encountered there I would have gotten out immediately.
