Saw around BR a time or two, once on the President with the Thunderbirds. I missed him at Chiefs tiny club on Highland but my friends were raving about him.

The GW lady calls me when she sees an unfamiliar vehicle at our property to make sure no poaching. Can't say a bad word about her.

Neighbors were moving and left a brand new Speed Queen clothes dryer at the curb with a note attached saying 'works fine'. Jr and I snatched it up, tested it, and he sold it on FB Marketplace for $400 the next day. He and the buyer made out well.
