Capital One mortgage lady said she hadn't seen and man/wife combo as high as Big Boss and myself! Had seen higher individual, but not combo..Twas 20 years ago so IDK bout current-probably off the chart.

The GW lady calls me when she sees an unfamiliar vehicle at our property to make sure no poaching. Can't say a bad word about her.

Neighbors were moving and left a brand new Speed Queen clothes dryer at the curb with a note attached saying 'works fine'. Jr and I snatched it up, tested it, and he sold it on FB Marketplace for $400 the next day. He and the buyer made out well.

Embarressed to say....I was on the hook for about 10 minutes. I knew better than to answer the unknown caller. It was a sheriff's deputy, I had missed a summons for jury duty. I was switched to a different deputy and had to come to the S.O. to make it right. I was under some "custody" and couldn't hang up the phone or I'd be in violation of custody. Was told to withdraw $2500 and deposit cash or bitcoin into a kiosk somewhere. That's when I knew it was a scam, that and one deputy had a lisp....They were pretty slick TBH
