When you listen to millennials, they almost all espouse the same talking points on whatever social or political topic comes up. It is truly uncanny. It’s like group think to the extreme. But why is that?

Some people say it’s because academia is now infiltrated with radical left wing teachers and professors, but that has almost always been the case. I belong to GenX. Those same professors were there when I was in college, but they had little influence on me and my generation. Same with media, pop culture, etc.

Think about it. You hear politicians talk about winning “the millennial vote”. No other generation has been in lock step like that one.

So what explains this phenomenon?

They are the product of the progressive takeover of our education system. Generations before them were taught how to think. Their generation was taught what to think.

You really think every person born between 1981-1996 should be put into a box, and all judged the same.

Doesn't exactly portray you as overly intelligent.

No, they're talking about winning over younger voters. It's a strategy to try to build an engaged voter base that will support you for the next 40 years.

Millenials are between 23 and 40 years old. If you truly think that 40 year olds are in lockstep with 23 year olds, you need to get out more.
