Lmao major kudos to OP, got all the millennials and zoomers to push back with a similar response.

Hook'em, then reel'em in.

Hook was shiny as a pimp's Cadillac and they still bit.

They're freer thinkers than boomers are in my experience.

Boomers became far more accepting of conventional norms as they aged.

The similarity between 65 year olds and 25 year olds is uncanny.

When you listen to boomers, they almost all espouse the same talking points on whatever social or political topic comes up. It is truly uncanny. It’s like group think to the extreme. But why is that?

Some people say it’s because fox news is now infiltrated with radical right wing teachers and professors, but that has almost always been the case. I belong to GenX. Those same professors were there when I was in college, but they had little influence on me and my generation. Same with media, pop culture, etc.

Think about it. You hear politicians talk about winning “the boomer vote”. No other generation has been in lock step like that one.

So what explains this phenomenon?

It was a bad one. Nobody bit.

A successful troll is when people actually get mad and melt about it, not just call you dumb and make fun of you.

Reminder that millennials are now 24 to 40 year olds.
i dont think 24 yo (born in 1996) are millennials. Nothing about someone born in 1996 is the same as someone born in 1981.

the true cut off should, and will be changed to around 1990-1992. Technoligy exploided during ths 90's which changed how children grew up. kids running arounf the neighborhood in 1988 is very similar to kids running around in 1978 or 1968. Where kids in 1998 were running around with nokia cell phones.

No they weren't. I get your cut-off, but it ain't about the spread of cell phones. It's about whether or not you remember not having internet.
