We hadn't eaten Popeye's in probably a year. Decided to pick it up the other night when family was over. First time going to The Woodlands location since we moved to Texas. We got our food so fast, we literally had to check to see if it was a real Popeye's and not some knock off look-a-like franchise. It's amazing how much we used to be willing to put up with before. Hire a few non-degenerates and you can actually get your food in under 15 minutes and hot.

I never understood why they retconned Al Copeland into a subtly racist african american woman. Al came up with the recipes and his family sold them back to Popeyes. LINK That story isn't the one Popeyes wants to tell so they have this lady saying she created the recipes. Are they trying to get back at Big Al because he enjoyed cosplaying as Jesse Katsopolis?

During that crap at USJW, there was a girl that complained about white people eating at Popeyes. So, apparently there's some racism involved in Popeyes.

I was a victim of racism at Popeyes.

BTW, have any of you been to the Popeyes in LaPlace? I can honestly say that I've never feared for my life like I did that day.
