Way back in the mid/late '80s when I played little league baseball all of the teams were sponsored by local businesses. One of the teams was McDonald's. They were good, the best team in our league. They were very much like the Yankees in the Bad News Bears. My team was good, too, but not as good as they were.
Anyway, every time McDonald's won a game they would go celebrate at McDonald's. Well, one game we got hot and beat their asses and after the game one of our overzealous coaches said, "frick those guys. We're going to McDonald's tonight." So we all loaded up and went to McDonald's to celebrate.
It was awesome.

Poor's went to McDonald's birthday parties. Us higher class people went to Fun Fair Park and putt putt

This must have been well after my time. I don’t ever remember a birthday party at a McDonalds. The only legitimate birthday party to be had was held at Fun Fair Park when we were kids.

We had an end of the year pee wee football party at one. I remember a guy named Darcy's dad drank to much and decided to ride the metal fry guy attached to coil spring thingy. When he fell off face first it was bad, then when it recoiled and back and hit him again it was worse.
He tried to hurry up and get up like nothing happened. He staggered around like a boxer with spaghetti legs with a huge astro turf burn on his face. Good times!

Holy shite, I totally forgot about those bibs! Did they not think 6yr olds could eat without spilling shite on their clothes?

I only remember going to one birthday party at McDonald's. I remember it was kind of lame, but that McD's didn't have a playground.
Showbiz Pizza birthday parties were the best.

If you ever played in a McDonald's ball pit you don't have to worry about getting covid.

My dad said his school went on a field trip back in the day to McDonalds. This is back when they hand cut the fries and they had the skin on them.
Nothing is done the good way anymore.

I had a McDonalds Birthday Party when I was 5/6. This would have been 90/91. I remember getting the Big Foot monster truck with the foil molds of the cars.
