Started going downhill for Lex when the Ms Elizabeth thing happened. Early to mid-2000s. From what I recall, Lex lived in a townhome near the gym. Ms Elizabeth had some sort of medical emergency and the first responders found all sorts of PEDs at the townhome.

Growing up in SC I was a NWA/WCW guy but Lex sucked in the ring. He had his body and no skills. I was glad when the Horsemen threw him out.

The base move of the program, the diamond cutter is simple and an amazingly effective non-impact stretch to raise the heart rate of just about anyone with a pulse. He’s lucky to be alive. I can name 10 guys that trained at his gym that are dead and not a single one of them made it to 40 or much past it. These weren’t wrestlers but just recreational ‘bodybuilders’. The amount of steroids moving through that gym was staggering. The wrestlers were getting all their stuff from that same doctor that was prescribing them to Chris Benoit. Everyone else was getting them from my friend Mike who is dead also. The sad reality is a lot of these guys were nothing but druggies. All of them were on copious amounts of pain pills, barbiturates, opiates, nubain, alcohol, coke, ecstasy, etc. you name it. Luger is ancient for a wrestler that has done all the stuff he has. Most of them don’t live past 40 or 45.

A dick head that owns a "beach service" company in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. His dad is a loud mouth that ran for governor of Alabama a few years ago.
