Congratulations. You people have turned the justice system into a sham.

Here’s the the thing. There will be violence on the streets tonight either way because you people suck.

It makes me somewhat uncomfortable that a jury can reach a legit, well-reasoned verdict in such a short time period regarding such a big case

There was never a chance that a murder charge wasnt going to be where this thing landed. Even in the small chance a juror wanted to be fair, that disappeared the day they thought about their lives being ruined by BLM and the radical left.

Nope, the dope head criminal that had a heart attack is a hero and the guy that had to answer the call is going to jail....cause it makes someone feel good.

Guilty on all counts if that quick
I'm sure they will complain about the sentence later on

Yeah people on that jury are just going to watch out for themselves. If they vote to acquit they will have their lives ruined.

Really fricking sad.

The average American is a moron. The jury system only works if you have a well-educated population. We don't.

There mind was made up before the trial started. Maybe one or two had some questions, but the majority swayed them to convict.

yeah with all the weight on the jury pre-trial, i just don't see how they got 12 people to agree to acquit on all charges

you're going to have at least one juror scared to death i reckon, and convincing them THIS quickly? i just don't see it

But there's no reason which would prevent the jury from acquitting on a short time cycle either. Having a verdict reached doesn't suggest anything particularly good or bad.

On a case this large with this much evidence, to acquit or hung jury would likely have lasted several days.

Its a conviction.

He’s screwed. They almost have to find him guilty. They know half the Midwest will be burned to the ground if they find him innocent.

Not saying what it should be either way. Just stating what we all know is true.

I say guilty on all counts, then it goes to appeals.

Five bucks says that doesn't stop the rioting.

A jury making a “decision” like this in this short a time period is something you saw in Jim Crow Mississippi

I still predict acquittal.

There is no way there are 12 brave jurors on that jury to come up with that conclusion this quickly. I will jump for joy if true, but I have no faith in our people anymore to stand up on mass for what is right given the past year.

FWIW, the Zimmerman verdict took the same amount of time.

The stakes are much higher here though. You didn’t have CBS, SNL, and a Congress person directly threatening the jury.

This is truly a terrible precedent if he is convicted of murder

Twitter is already basically dictating how politicians act

Now Twitter is going to be dictating court procedures

It’s awful
