First hurricane that touched Baton Rouge in the last 20 years I have not lost power! :nana:

If possible try and go through your auto insurance for cars bc premiums and deductibles change and stuff for “hurricane” coverage for your home owners policy
No idea then, because I’ve been outside since 6pm other than to grab another beer (which I ran out and had to switch to whiskey) and the wind has been overly weak and the gust are barely moving tree branches

It’s has to just be by the airport bc I’m off essen ln and I’m telling you max gust of wind I’ve seen couldn’t have been more than 20-25mph max..

Haven’t lost internet (AT&T U-verse) power hasn’t flickered once, barely getting rain or wind or gust here … 1 street in my neighborhood lost power about an hr ago
That seems doubtful.

Here in Baton Rouge I am barely getting any wind… so far a decent rain storm has generated more wind than the strongest gust I’ve seen here
I haven’t even had a flicker yet

My mom just called she over on Jefferson hwy by hoo shoo too rd in Baton Rouge (st George) said her lights been flickering and went out for about 5ish mins and came back on
Honestly watching TWC and various other stuff, looks like by the time it makes it to Baton Rouge it will have shifted east and we may not get much of anything
