Since you seem to be the expert on autopsies can you explain how you determine asphyxiation vs fentanyl overdose on an autopsy that shows no signs of any trauma?

What are the findings that determine asphyxiation as the cause of death?

I’m sure you will cop out and say you aren’t the expert, you are just listening to the experts. But deep down you know it doesn’t make sense.

yes which is why the 3 examiners determined that real world data and evidence supports asphyxiation in this case.

you are arguing theoretics by muh how many times does it happen

This is false, one ME said it was a combination of causes and the two (hired by the family) said asphyxiation. They came to this conclusion without all of the information from my understanding as well. The entire point is that they could be wrong or biased, especially if there is not evidence of this happening through thousands of other real-world incidents. That would lead more to the OD and stress cause of death if thousands of other applications have NOT resulted in any deaths or very few.

Holy fricking shite. Nelson just established that the girlfriend was saved in his phone as "mama" and that that was his nickname for her. So essentially he was likely saying "I'm sorry mama" because she and him were struggling with drug addiction

NO FURTHER QUESTIONS, YOUR HONOR

You seem to be an expert, maybe you could let him know some tips.

I might also be an expert on broom handles. He’ll be getting plenty of those also! He’s going to be one sore son of a bitch for years to come!!

The prosecution just said thank god the defense stopped.

Now they are trying to stop the bleeding.

She also indicated she was disappointed in his continued drug usage and hanging out with people who probably enabled that.

So is the point of the defense to show that Floyd was a worthless drug addict and deserved to die? Or was it the knee to the neck didn’t kill him because he was such a terrible drug addict that he was going to die a few hours later that day without a knee to the neck?

The black prosecutor, that made opening statements, has never tried a criminal case this is his first.

Any guesses as to why he’s on the team?

I can’t be the only one here that reads and pronounces Chauvin as show-van.

Technically, it isn't on the defense to show anything. The burden is on the state.

But you're smart. You probably knew that.

I know you are trolling, but yes the defense showing he OD'ed and died is a pretty big part of the defense.

I was going to start a separate thread about this. Can't stand hearing them murder his name. It's more of a crime than what the trial is about.
