The affidavit says the driver said we have to stop and and Washington and the rape victim “stopped having sex”. I find it hard to believe that Washington stopped mid-rape simply because the driver said so. I have to believe he continued or he had already finished.
Was the dna bodily fluids? Or a hair that transferred? Seems more likely bodily fluids.
How bad was it for her in that car that she wanted to be let out in the near freezing temperature, possibly raining.

This is so true. My kids aren’t old enough to have this discussion yet, but I’ve bookmarked this for the future. As a mom, it’s not really going to change the things I was already going to tell my daughter such as the importance of going out in groups and checking in on one another, but it really has made me think about some things I want to tell my sons. Treat women the way you would want men to treat you sister. And don’t stand by and watch someone physically attack or assault a woman. If doing the right thing makes you seem uncool, you need better friends.
