There was a 28 y.o. man in the car at the time of the attack and he didn't take control of the 17 y.o. and 18 y.o. and stop the rape from happening.
They asked for a DNA swab from Washington and that's when he stopped talking to police. He had denied having sex with Madison. Must have been something to match the DNA so bodily fluids seems likely.

It’s not accurate to say she was simply dumped somewhere. We know they went to 3 addresses. And we know she asked to get out. There’s plenty of things these guys did that we can scrutinize. The narrative that she was discarded as soon as it was over just doesn’t seem to be true. I have no problem with people wanting these guys seeing justice for taking advantage of her.

Do you think there is an omnipotent narrator in this story? This isn’t a TV show. We do not know where she was dropped of, in what manner, for what reason, etc.
We don’t have ANY dialogue from Madi.

They boarded the vehicle at 1:54 a.m.
A call came into EBRSO that Madison was struck and killed at 2:50.
The rapes happened about two minutes from the bar.
The neighborhood was I believe 3.5 miles from the bar.
She was in the car how long post rape? 20 minutes if they drove to multiple locations?
Again, she's a walking rape kit to them. She's evidence of their crime. They couldn't just put her some place where they could be seen or she'd have immediate contact with police.

If that’s what you think, it’s more a reflection on you than me. We have a general idea of what took place at this point. Some details are more clear than others. There’s plenty missing and unknown. It took time for people to realize she wasn’t targeted and these guys didn’t wait outside for some really drunk girl. It took time for people to realize she wasn’t coerced into the car (although some still think she was). It has taken some time for people to realize she wasn’t dumped off in the middle of Burbank the moment they were done. People have every right to want these guys in jail for a while. But let it be because of what actually happened and not a false narrative. It’s unnecessary.

Nak's video was a summation of what the defense attorneys told him.
Did they do a recording of the entire trip in the car?

Amen, friend. I have an LSU sophomore. My Tiger knew Madi personally. I cannot sleep. I read these message boards every day. It hits so close to home. I wonder what sort of hell hole I sent my kid into. There is no room for errors in judgment in BR. This could have happened to any of our kids, male or female.
