I don’t view what I said as shitting on another bar. I fired someone in the middle of Sunday brunch a month ago for over-serving a minor and, honestly, the server was so busy that it would have been difficult for him to realize he had over-served her. Accountability has to start somewhere. I was on Reggie’s side until finding out she had previously worked there. The length of time she worked there doesn’t matter. Over-serving an adult is one thing. But, over-serving a minor as intoxicated as she was bothers me.

I want to know if she really didn't have her phone too! It would make sense if that is why they were arguing... They didn't know what to do and didn't know where to take her. Unfortunately, their decision to leave her on the side of Burbank is what caused her death. If they left her that drunk to "get an Uber" knowing she didn't even have her phone, then they should be charged for her death too.

It just hit me that the arrest warrant says she had “injuries consistent with previous sexual assault anally.”
That means it hurt, probably a lot.
It’s going to be hard for the defense to say she truly consented to very painful sex — twice — in the back seat of a car on Jennifer Jean at 2 am.
Trigger warning.
Put bluntly, almost no remotely sober person would consent to having their sphincter torn in any circumstances.
These medical records, if they hold, are going to be a big problem for the defense.

Yea that's what I've been saying as well. Very few women are going to consent to anal sex in the back of a car with an audience. That just doesn't happen very often outside of a porn set.

I saw that immediately Judge, and wondered if "Previous" could mean a month, or year, before. Will they present more language at trial to clarify?
Or will that bungling lawyer, who is "Not going to try this in the media" present more at one of his press conferences when he IS trying it in the media?

Doubtful they’ll present more language.
I read “previous” as pre-mortem.
Regardless, it doesn’t take an Aggie to know that anal sex without lubrication will hurt the recipient.

So now the defense has to say that she not only consented to sex, but she consented to tear-my-a-hole-with-no-Vaseline sex.
Sorry to be crude, but it’s going to be a big prosecution point and a big problem for the defense.
