You must know this Casen loser as well.
Again, I don’t know any of these kids. My daughter said the Casen kid was popular and came from a good family. Many kids know the family bc his daddy is the baseball coach. She told me that the minor’s name was Desmond but went by Dezz. She didn’t know anything good or bad about him. She said nobody liked Daivon bc of the rap song he made about Remy.

Didn’t Casen already make a statement at the beginning that he made Washington stop?
They will bury Washington and say they assumed the 17 year old was consensual

If she got in their car voluntarily seeking a ride home, and they did not take her home and instead raped her, then that is kidnapping.
who told casen to park the car on a side street? if it was her then that is one thing
if it was one of them then that is another thing
it was 4 against 1 in the car

the comments underneath this story on other social media sites are absolutely disgusting .... many black women in particular, are morally bankrupt and ignorant.

I know they were cackling loudly last night with the video. How about this evening with the new rape charge? Im guessing much quieter?

Washington doesn’t need to worry about deals in BR bc he’ll get life without parole for his 1st degree rape in LP.
If he was a minor when the offense was committed, he can't be sentenced to life without parole.
The a-hole who shotgunned the father and son on Clifford St in Metaire was convicted of 2nd degree murder, which carries a mandatory life sentence. But either the the LA Supreme Court or the USSC rules that it's unconstitutional.
So we'll get to hear about this POS being rehabilitated in 10, 20, or 40 years.

For sure.
That's why they'd have to be getting some useful information from Washington about Madison's death (what was said, what happened, what they said after) or other criminal activity.
If one of the guys deals drugs (as stated here), maybe they'll get a warrant and see what they can find.
Washington has to give them something useful for there to be any kind of a cooperating agreement.
But the more likely Washington is done for on the other charges in Livingston, the more likely he'll do whatever deal it takes to get out of jail.
He's getting an advanced degree from those fellow inmates already. They ALL rat each other out. How the game is played.

She donated organs so she was likely intubated in the ambulance or at the scene. First thing they do is draw labs for blood testing to find donor matches. They probably tested her BAC levels upon arrival to the hospital. Which means the Hospital lab ran the test. I promise they run a lot of those tests daily.

The other point about Washington cooperating:
DA Moore wants all four perps to get similar sentences. All four, say, get ten years no possibility of parole.
Washington's sentence can run concurrent with the plea deal he works out in LP (to avoid life). He then cooperates and says what?
17 y.o. knew Madison was drunk before and laughed about it after.
Everette Lee was there at the bar to deal drugs. He helped us carry Madison as she was stumbling inside the car. He told us to delete video and photos because that was evidence and told us we couldn't bring her to places where they'd have cameras. He had drugs in the car. Did he have a gun? I think he said he did.
Casen Carver. That white boy was horny. He was the one really and truly whole thing was his idea for us to go there because he said girls there get drunk and will sleep with anybody. He offered Madison the ride home and he put her in the back seat. Was his idea just to go park somewhere so we could take turns. He felt kinda bad about it later after the fact but he sure was laughing at the time and after. I gots his text messages he sent me right here and I recorded that call like y'all told me to do.
99% of cases go down like that.
So why does DA Moore play the game this way?
Political cover.
If he gives Casen the deal, "Oh, right. The one white boy gonna walk with 2 years probation and all the brothers headed to prison?!" Angry backlash.
But if they ALL get 10 years straight time, "Well they all got treated the same."
Police also are looking at the cellphone records, videos, photos of ALL the four to see where else they went, what else they did, who else they know, etc.
No telling what that'll turn up.

Okay hudson I like the enthusiasm you bring to the thread but you made an account and have 146 posts solely about on this topic. You have some sort of agenda and I’m not sure what news network you work for but you are overly excited about this shite and it’s pretty creepy. I’ve been outspoken about how I think these dudes are rapist but something ain’t right with you

What an understatement.

My 'agenda' is justice for Madison and that means the four perps going to jail.
I'm also a citizen journalist. I believe in the First Amendment and our right to participate as journalists sharing information on boards like this (and others). It's a hobby in my retirement.
Here's the link for Livingston's jail. Washington isn't an 'active inmate' yet but he should be up there tomorrow:

Kiran is the best journalist in the state. I (and I'm sure others) sent an image of the victim's comment on I believe it was the WAFB comment thread. Had specific facts, she gave her name, and seemed worth speaking to her parent(s) and her, which Kiran did.
If you have ANY legit tip on a south Louisiana news story, send it to Kiran. She'll investigate. A true pro.
There's a distinct possibility the LP case could be tried before the one in Baton Rouge. Baton Rouge case has multiple defendants (motions, appeals, delays) while the one in LP could be heard in 5 to 6 months from now.
So Washington could go into the Brooks trial as a convicted first degree rapist.

You were accused of being a Daily Mail journalist that just signed up here for possible "inside info" earlier in the thread, and I still think that might be true.
But I'll go on record here and say that I don't mind that possibility at all, although I've thought the same from the beginning. IF it's true that you're here simply because this is a well-known quantity when it comes to getting inside info that legit journalists can't get in most other instances when it comes to local Louisiana (and other SEC states) happenings, then I applaud you on your diligence and accuracy and creativity in finding new sources.
This place HAS INDEED cracked many cases before investigators and has had numerous instances of inside info before anywhere else.
If you're truly a journalist, I think having a Daily Mail hookup around here could prove to be awesome in so many ways
ETA - after reading your most recent posts, it's clear you're familiar with a lot of the inner-workings of the court system and with local politics/societal issues specific to Baton Rouge. Either you're a very savvy southeastern US journalist for the Daily Mail, or you're Kiran herself.
Either way it's not a bad thing in my opinion, just to be clear.

The Brooks family attorney is absolutely going to bankrupt Haley and the local NAACP branch for slandering and defaming Madison Brooks during that press conference. My god the civil suit against these nitwits who set this false narrative will be a spectacular moment in Louisiana law as we watch one attorney get disbarred and an association go bankrupt.

I’d be interested in hearing your analysis of this.
What did he say that was so false you can show actual malice?
How did he defame the family?
How can you defame a decedent?

You are correct, Kiran's report says she was on a vent until her family decided to pull the plug
. Feel incredibly sorry for her family to see the last moments in her life played out in a media spectacle. There are quite a few posters in this thread who are WWAAYYY too invested for their own good. Hopefully justice is served for ALL the victims in this case, and if rumors are true the POS Washington should never see the light of day as a free man for the girls he has allegedly raped.
