Why? How often is the lab “wrong ?”

Not from the pic I saw.

Somewhere in the middle of this thread the screenshot was posted of the girl's rape allegation and how the police did nothing. It was something she wrote on her mom's FB account.

How old is the victim? She's come forward with her face and name disguised. She may agree to a plea deal to avoid testifying if Kaivon pleads to second degree.

But, yes, he's facing life as a possible sentence with the first degree charges - as are the 4 in Baton Rouge if the charges are upgraded by the grand jury.

Chapman says 10 girls have reached out to them about Washington

“On our podcast Real Life Real Crime Daily which aired on Thursday we told you about some confidential information we received regarding 2 prior arrest for rape by Kaivon Washington and asked any of those who may have been victims to reach out with information.

While we cannot verify that those who reached out were in fact telling the truth, it is shocking that over 10 young girls have reached out so far.

While we will never identify them, we will
Continue fighting for them. To see that they get Justice and Madi gets Justice.

We are happy to report that he is now arrested again for the rapes we broke on our show publicly on Thursday.

We had concrete irrefutable information that at the time was unique to RLRC Daily.

We knew it was the right thing to do for
the victims and knew that bail for this guy was right around the corner.

We will continue fighting for victims always.

Kiran Chawla of Unfiltered With Kiran who interviewed the victim and mother in this story , did what she always does, gets to the truth and Kelly jennings of Unspeakable: A True Crime Podcast by Kelly Jennings was the page where the victim first spoke out. 3 media outlets working together for Justice for all of the victims….hard to beat and none of us are stopping there.

The podcast referencing these rapes is linked in the description.

Nope. She isn’t friends with any of them but knew who they were.

Washington with the first degree rape charges will have a much higher bond and I don't think he's bonding out.

Jailhouse lawyers = other inmates who will tell Washington how to play the game.

Washington is looking at jail time from the LP charge (or charges if there are more).

So he can wheel and deal with the Baton Rouge case now as he's already going to jail. He'd offer to cooperate in exchange for doing time concurrent.

Concurrent = they run the time for convictions at the same time so the 8 years = 8 years total.

Consecutive time = they run the jail time one after the other. So 8 plus 8 = 16 years total.

DA would ask Washington how he can help them. He can give up the other three: they went there to rape, knew she was drunk, etc. etc.

Then he can get out of jail maybe before he's 30 instead of spending the rest of his life there.

Washington has now become the most likely defendant to cut a quick deal and turn on the other three.

Make sense?

Not sure why that would matter.

I'm sure there are plenty of experienced BAC experts at De La Ronde you've consulted to come up with this out-of-the-box opinion, but no.

You did when you posted this:

My post was about the actions that occurred in the vehicle, which most people agree was rape.

I never said or insinuated that them giving her a ride home was noteworthy.

Not true. BAC on a corpse rises and would be considered unreliable.

Washington doesn’t need to worry about deals in BR bc he’ll get life without parole for his 1st degree rape in LP.

Maybe the lawyers can weigh in, but wouldnt he likely be tried as a juvenile since he was 15 and the girl was 12 at the time of this particular rape?

When people saw that she had a .32 BAC, I think most of us just thought she was in a drunken stupor and had been carried from a bench in front of Reggies to their car.

I mean I guess many of us know there are retarded people that exist among us, but it is refreshing when you identify yourself. Thanks!

Since you were one of the ones calling for them to be charged with kidnapping.

If she got in their car voluntarily seeking a ride home, and they did not take her home and instead raped her, then that is kidnapping.

Her following them to the car is not relevant from a factual and timeline situation, but it does give rape apologists some ammo.

Congrats to you and your brethren.
