How are people watching the truck/bar/parking lot videos? I have been catching up on this shite storm today and want to see.

Your problem is that you think dancing with someone and asking them for a ride home means you want to be fricked in the arse by two guys in the back of a car in a semi unconscious state.

Reading comprehension it’s not your strong suit, is it?

I never made any such suggestion.

But I will say this, sometimes when a girl is kissing on a guy in a bar and grinding all over him, that could be an indication that she wants to go home and get f*cked by him.

I've seen it many times.

In this case, it really doesn’t matter as she was way too drunk to give consent. That’s the law.

What I’m saying is that sometimes the law doesn’t matter. We’ve seen it over and over again. somebody call it jury nullification. Some may think it’s applying a more common sense approach to the real world.

You can speak to any parent of a college age boy and they'll tell you that they’re terrified that he’s going to meet some girl in a bar, bring her home, have sex with her “consensually,“ and then, the next day she accuses him of rape. Never mind the fact that she may have been the aggressor and he was just as drunk, if not drunker, than her. We’ve had these debates on here about whether they should both be charged with rape. But we know that never happens.

With that in mind, put yourself in the shoes of the parents of the 17-year-old high school kid. An almost 20-year-old blond sorority college girl was grinding all over and kissing your 17-year-old high school KID in a bar. She then chases him down outside the bar as he was leaving (that's how the tape can be interpreted) and agrees to have sex with him. Would you be okay with your son going to Angola for 20 years because the girl was drunker than he was?

That's kind of a rite of passage when you're 15 where I'm from.

Do you think it’s just a coincidence that Jason Williams got off on tax fraud charges, and his white partner was convicted on basically the same facts and the same law?

a jury's racial composition can make all the difference in the world, and that you consider someone’s race in picking your jury when that is the case.

I just don't agree with this. Maybe its because most black people I know aren't part of this mythical "black community" Democrats rave about.

Its anecdotal, but most I know can make informed decisions. Don't let social media destroy reality.

Is the white attorney the one that has been tripping over his own dick publicly? He doesn't even know the proper charges of his own clients. He said in the press conference that Washington was in the front seat and Lee is the one being charged with rape.

Well you see you conveniently left out that he fricked her in the arse in the back of a car with a BAC of .32 then dropped her off nowhere near her house and made a video laughing about it.

And you also left out that the parent in this hypothetical situation would also know that their son was also charged with rape twice previously.

So I would bet their reaction would be more along the lines of “what the frick were you thinking doing this again?”

I agree with that and I also think it’s likely a jury would find guilty at least one.

Black people vote democrat at a nearly 95% clip. That's pretty monolithic.

If you raise your daughter right, she wouldn’t even be in the same building as these types of characters let alone even look at them.

Call it what you want but that’s my belief. Mingling if two different types of demographics should never happen. Raise your kids right folks.

Cliffs on press conference:

Lawyers are admitting the fact of sex. They are claiming consent.

They state there is video showing her leaving the car in good health.

Video taken in the car does not depict any sexual acts.

"Intent and consent will be very clear" based on videos.

Questions are hard to hear, but it seems like they are saying they have video after the sex occurred.

"Brooks approached them from the bar" as shown on video.

"Based on her actions and what Reggies is saying," we think the results of BAC are inaccurate. Basically no way she had a .319. They are challenging the BAC test.

"Video of her running across the street at Reggies" shows she could not possibly have been a .319.

They say in terms of the statute that she was NOT in a "stupor or abnormal condition of mind produced by an intoxicating agent."

"When you see the video, you will know for sure this is not a rape."

That’s a pathetic bullshite statement. This girl had no idea what she was doing. We’ve all been there before in college and likely your mother and wife have been that inebriated at a bar too. Do you think they would deserve to be treated that way if they had no idea where they are or what they are doing?

Sure. I'll do five years ban for me to your one year that no jury acquits the two who are accused of raping her.

I never said it was definitely going to be an acquittal. Hell, there might even be a black juror or two who votes guilty. However, if the jury is composed of at least three black people, it will either be a hung jury or an acquittal.

So, here’s the bet I propose --

If the jury comes back GUILTY then I have a one-year ban.

If the jury comes back with an acquittal or if there’s a hung jury, then you get a five-year ban.

ETA: This is just on the 17-year-old. As I’ve stated many times, the 18-year-old may have a totally different case.
