It would imply they would should have seen her faculties decline and that she was in no way able to consent in her state.

I’m not going to rehash them here, but the totality of the situation and all the known information and variables , I’m confident there’s not an LSU female student of any race that would’ve been a willing participant in that.
This was not some sexual encounter gone bad.
The whole “girls are whores these days and you guys are naive” is a ridiculous trope that needs to go away. It’s not relevant to this situation at all.

Look, you're running your mouth defending something that you don't know all the facts and details to my questions which are pretty pertinent. I'm not wish casting blame on the driver but possible speeding and carelessnss at 3 am on a bad stretch of road is part of a story that ended this girl's life.

When she was hit was she standing up or laying on the road? I have also come across a gator and didn't see it till the last minute.. But I was able to avoid hitting it because I know I wasn't speeding.. But the guy behind wasn't so lucky.. That was on Wisner near Filmore by City Park...

A local girl commented underneath it from her mom's Facebook.

Kaivon washington is a RAPIST and he deserves too rot in prison and if he manages to get out i hope someone finds him and cuts his d off.
