You just seem really hell bent on an aspect of the story that has essentially been cleared.

Do you just need attention?

Do you work for the Daily Mail? You were full of disinformation in this thread yesterday and got called out about it. Also, you were the first person talking about how she worked at Reggies, and all of a sudden that's in The Daily Mail's latest article about her along with the story about her "giving consent 5 times" instead of the guy asking her for sex 5 times. There's a huge difference.

Lies from todays Daily Mail article:

quote:

Carver, who was driving the vehicle, told cops that he asked Madi where her friends were, but she said she did not know and appeared 'drunk'.

He added that Madi gave 'verbal consent five times' to the 17-year-old before having sex with her in the rear of the car, with Washington exiting the vehicle before swapping with the teenager to also have sex with the victim.

Someone from that news source is monitoring this thread for info.

but you're awfully adamant about it.

no shite Sherlock. Neither is Reggies, the 4 suspects, and anyone else the family wants to sue. But this thread isn't about the civil litigation. Its about the criminal aspects. And up to now, the dirver isnt suspected of any criminal wrongdoing.

Shocking underage antics at LSU hangout Reggie's where EMPLOYEE and student Madi Brooks

I am shocked that the employees let her leave with those dudes if she worked there. There's a zero percent chance we would have let any of the bartenders do that when i was working at an LSU bar.

so you smoked an alligator therefore this guy must be innocent of any fault driving and hitting madi in the street? I'm asking questions. I'm not putting blame on him. If he was speeding, then sorry, there is blame to share. He's certainly not in the clear of any civil action.

Seriously, what the frick are you trying to do here? You trying to be the village idiot for the day in this thread?

did she actually work there?

Pictures obtained by DailyMail.com show the blonde smiling behind the bar with two friends in a post which was captioned 'three little Reggie's workers

that isn't really proof of employment.

we really are suffering without new waves of students posting campus gossip anymore.

Its a pretty important part of why she is dead. Its hard for me to imagine driving 55 mph and hitting a human in the road. The details of the driving is pretty important. Its great the driver wasn't impaired by alcohol but that's not the end of it.

at 2AM? On a dark/poorly lit road? When the last thing you expect to see is a person in the road? You really can't get your mind around that? I dont think speed would be a factor at that pont.
As someone who has been hit by a car going 30MPH, 45,55, 65- you're pretty much fricked either way.

I'm hearing there's much more to the story than is being reported. Take it for what it's worth, but the story is changing.

Videos show different sides of her and the guys.

Regardless, it's a terrible situation. But the guys may not be the scumbags we thought.

Let's assume the above is true that they were trying to bring her home and she couldn't tell them where she lives.

How does that lead to multiple people raping her in the back seat?

The driver has pretty much laid out the case already

We have pedestrian vs vehicle accidents in my area fairly often. Drunk or drugged people late at night stumbling around. Hell, I've been on a couple pedestrian vs train scenes.
