I don’t have a problem with the driver being a selerate issue at least they should look deeply into it. I am sure the defense will look to pass the blame so everything will come out about the driver if the death is included in the charges.

Well, we know that he was not charged.
The spot where she was hit is a very poorly lit section of a 4-lane, 55 mph roadway, in a curve. It’s not difficult to imagine how a driver might not have seen her until it was too late.

Very poor conditions. I understand. It's also a stretch notorious for speeding and he's and uber driver making a living off his phone at 3 am in the morning.

That isn't what happened here.
Working a door in college I broke up more than a few instances of a guy leaving with a girl who didn't want to go.
My personal favorite being running to screaming behind a bar only to find a girl had knocked out her would be kidnapper and was kicking him in the midsection with cowboy boots.

As far as THIS case, I don't think the media is gonna let LSU forget this one for a good, long while. I hope it comes down on the university and the city like a gorilla with a chainsaw for a dick. With Allie's murder and with this one, every entity here deserves the scorched earth approach.
The bottom line really is that LSU is going to die if someone doesn't figure out how to put a cap on this hoodrat bullshite run amok. And they deserve every bit of it. It almost pains me to consider myself any part of the lineage of this university with their apparent lack of control.

Its sad that a lot of the recent administration has chosen to endorse the woke nonsense. I went to LSU many moons ago and graduated but I'm already telling my kids they will be going elsewhere. LSU is going to have to get their act together and it may take a lot of alumni not sending money and supporting the school for them to get the message. People will rightly refuse to send their kids with such high risks of theft. violent crime, etc.

I never said that is what happened here. What I did say is that these 4 guys will & should do time. Their actions led to the death of this girl. She was also in no capacity to consent.
However, some on this board are implying that a white sorority girl would never bang a black guy. That is silly.
