Unfortunately now they are forecasting Delta to be a major after it crosses 25 deg longitude. The previous forecast had it weakening before 25. This could add to the surge and make the storm stronger upon landfall. Not a good trend.

That’s more an indication of the intervals on the track. They are 24 hours apart after day 3, so any nuance is hard to distinguish.

That's all fine and good, but what's that come out to in H's?

It either needs to go a smidgen east or frick it go to Houston. I dont feel like waiting and saying "is it gonna weaken enough where I dont have to hook up my camper and ride it out" with a 2 and 3 year old. Shits going right over Thibodaux now.

It's going to shift around over the next few days. Don't take precise landfall locations to be precise at this point in time.

Cruising the Coast should be okay during those dates. They may cancel, but the current track keeps them in so so weather during your trip.

Wunderground is showing 90% rain all three days in Biloxi, that’s what I was basing it off of. This time last week showed 0% Sunny and temps in the 70s
