Funny you ask.
I was forced to slow down when passing their house SUnday morning b/c they had a BRPD in front of the house behind a moving truck. Looked like they were unloading furniture for the house and the cop was helping slowdown traffic for their safety.
I can vouch as of Sunday 8/26/2018 10:00 AM, They did not look like stereotypical frat boys.

What house are they in? I know they were in Fiji house until Fiji came back.

I had some that were friends ( Brother in Law) back in the 1980's when they were in an old unused sorority house between the Theta House and Zeta House. Back then they were pretty cool guys and had some blowout parties .....kegs....plastic garbage cans full of some punch that would decrease most inhibitions.....I think they had Better than Ezra when BTE was just starting out

Not sure if this guy was a delta chi or theta xi (wtf is the difference to be honest) but he was 100% gay, and 100% in one of those those two fraternities. So yea it’s possiblt

What I heard is that a pledge got cut and was upset about getting cut. So he went to IFC and told IFC about the rush parties Delta Chi threw FWIW
