It is not downplaying that it is tragic what happened to the kid by calling out turning it into a money grab and suing. Pointing that out has nothing to do with whether or not that is "someone's child, grandchild, etc."

Had a fraternity brother that died doing something similar in NOLA. Drugs + heights + abandoned shite don’t mix well.
