re: Death at Plaza Tower

I worked in that building in the mid to late 80s. Jekyll & Hyde's restaurant and bar were on the first floor. There was slime oozing from the walls of our office, supposedly a combination of black mold and asbestos insulation. We had valet parking because the garage was too tight to allow people to drive their own cars. Morris Bart's office was there. I remember waiting with him for our cars to be delivered. We sometimes called it the the antenna farm as MCI, Sprint, and AT&T as well as radio stations all utilized the building's roof, which was the tallest building in N.O. for a while.
