I remember that. 20 years ago i asked my daughter what her bf got her for christmas, she said he hadn’t given it to her yet, he had to talk to me first.... knew what was comin.

Out dated pointless tradition. Its my daughter's decision, not mine. I hope when she gets to that point she chooses wisely. But I will tell the boy if he ever lays a hand on her, I have no problem going to prison in my retirement.
