This will not be a problem for you because things have a way of working themselves out. This date was like an interview. Over the course of the evening she found out what you do, your education levels, how long you have been at your job, etc.
She then went home and spent about 4 minutes Googling and knows within a few thousand what you earn. She figured your expenses, taxes, etc. She subtracted the expenses from your take home pay and realized you cannot afford to date her.
So congrats. There will not be a second date with a woman you cannot afford anyway. Think of it as her saving you some money. She is looking out for your future. You should thank her but she has already blocked your number.

I haven’t been on one in 20 years but that one was $400 (2 day trip.) Now I’m dropping that every time I take my wife or one of our kids to a football game.
$140 adjusted for inflation is pretty damn cheap if it works out otherwise you would have been better off using it for hookers and blow.

When I was hitting tinder and bumble hard my meet up place was Olive or Twist. They had an awesome happy hour. Could usually get out of there for 20 or 30 bucks and know if I wanted to buy the girl dinner or just continue bar stuff and smash.

Yea, I always have wayyyy more money when I am single. It's nice to have a dinner companion but it doubles the amount spent every time.
