I've found that people often times say they hate dating due to pressure to hook up. After my divorce, I decided that I wanted to date as many women as possible. To do this, I decided that I would forego sex for a while, and just take women out for a good time. The benefit to this is that you can date many women at the same time, if not on the same date. Don't worry about fricking, just go out to have a good time - maybe some making out, but no penis in vagina. Blind dates, friends of friends, whatever. You gotta build your trust back up in women, and re-learn how to have fun with them besides just fricking. Dating can actually be fun once you remove the sex pressure.
Here's the disclaimer: You got to hook up first. You need one rebound frick before you can go out and expect yourself not to freak out and try to frick everyone. And you gotta get that look of desperation out of your eye. But whatever you do, don't try for a long term relationship with that first hook up.
That's how I did it, anyway.
