Gas cap must have been loose. Gas was leaking out and spraying him.

Old WW2 British reference to German 5 gallon steel gas cans used to transport fuel and water to the front. British cans were notoriously flimsy. British nick name for the Germans was Jerry. So their superior can got copied by all the allies and was know as the jerrycan. Now a days its a name for a portable gas can.

Heads up move my the officer going for the extinguisher.

Depending on the crime, I'm not opposed to fireball tactics for violent criminals.

Dude is stop, drop and rolling on the ground while flames are being extinguished and cop says "get on the ground".

I'm surprised he didn't say "stop resisting" while throwing more fuel on the fire.

Never heard it referred to that before.

Well, just call it a gas can...

It was in his back pack? Must've been a small can..

I'm just amazed that on a crotch rocket, he allowed cops in cars to catch him. He is just driving like it's no big deal. He could have easily evaded the police in their cars. (Choppers would be a different story though.)

Wonder if the crime he was being chased for was stealing gas, if so, an epic lesson has been learned.
