100% his name should have been cleared publicly ... I didn't hear that happen by the DPD.
And he shouldn't have to clear his own name so that's a dumb argument. That must come from authorities to be deemed legitimate.

Ok, well last night when the DPD sent out this tweet, every news station in America and around the world ran with it. And rightfully so.
The guy got out of custody and did an interview with a local news station. Now, I was up until 2:30am CST last night watching coverage and I saw nothing about that interview until this morning.

You make someone a suspect and plaster his image across national tv then no, its not enough ... state a sentence that he is no longer a suspect.
If you were suspected of a brutal murder and brought into the station for questioning ... you might like to have your name publically cleared, right? Not just silently dismissed.
