I've no problem with the police having robotic explosives. They should be used for situations just like this, IMO. I'd rather a robot do the dirty work as opposed to another cop be killed trying to take him down.

I think it does.
I think his mindset (the POS) was that BLM wasn't doing enough, so he was upset with them. Which is why he did this.

It could make sense because there are black people who are anti-BLM which makes sense to me. He might not like BLM because he felt they were just all about the #HASHTAGS #JUSTICEFOR_______ but wouldn't take action.
