I don’t have anything to worry about then! I don’t care about my figure nor am I a stressed person.

But real-world research has shown the risk of having this reaction to a vaccine is much lower than the risk you take not getting vaccinated in the first place - because severe Covid is much more likely to damage the heart.
I imagine like 99% of people responding in this thread will not have read to the end of what was quoted by OP.
That absurd paragraph is how a teenager argues. Blame everything else and ignore an inconvenient fact "just because we said so".

They can but its incredibly rare. Maybe 1 in 100000
Severe reaction to vaxx probably 10 in 100000

healthy young adults
What does this even mean? I have people all the time tell me they are 'healthy' but they are anything but. Its like the baws on here who say they are 5'10 220 and just need to lose "20 pounds or so"

"Super fit"
A number of factors are thought to be at play including rampant drug use, obesity, sedentary lifestyles and bad diets
This makes no sense.

but worrying new data shows they are increasing in healthy young adults.
Roughly 0.3 percent of Americans aged 18-44 had a heart attack in 2019 - but last year that rose to 0.5 percent, or one in 200.
Thankfully I just turned 45, so I guess I'm back to being low risk until I'm old.

It's so much easier to fool the masses than it is for them to admit they were fooled.

And here is a study you KNOW they will never do. Look at all heart attack and stroke patients over the last 3 years and see how many had the COVID vaccine vs those who did not.
They will NEVER provide this data.

Much as i hate the forced vax and lab created pestilence it supposedly protects us from, a lot of young people vape. That’s a big cardiovascular risk.

We all are gonna die. Might as well be "fit".

Just wait till you read what Fauci recently admitted.
Yes, yes, we know. Fauci’s direct statements don’t fit your narrative so they weren’t real. Anyone who agrees with Fauci on that is ignorant, but everything else he said is gospel. Keep getting those shots!

Downvote for misleading/click-bait thread title.
If you actually read the article, it talks about how COVID, the COVID vaccine, the meteoric rise in obesity and diabetes, poor diet, and sedentary liftstyle are the primary factors for the increase in heart attacks among young people. Not being "super-fit".

Likelihood of this happening is not very high.
