Ok, enough with the humor. I will help you if you really wish to buy a new Ram truck. Decide exactly what model you really like and wish to buy. Then contact Dave Smith in Kellog, ID. They will purchase you a plane ticket, fly you in one way, and you finalize the purchase then drive it home. They are a volume dealer, the world's largest Ram dealer. If you seriously want to buy a RAM truck. Check them out.
Just get your best price deal locally, then call Dave Smith and get their price. You won't be disappointed. They will save you thousands.

It was listed first by KBB. He asked about the RAM. I gave both mid and full size recommendation. In case he wanted a mid size, I crew Tacoma with long bed is a pretty good sized truck. Larger size than the older versions.

Owned nothing but a Ford for 30 years. Test drove a Ram 1500 limited recently and bought it on the spot. The ride and loaded interior blow away anything I've ever seen on a Ford, and it ain't even close!

Just get the Ram if that’s what you like. If you’re concerned, buy an extended warranty and move on with your life.

out. I personally know a guy who saved $10k on a megacab Ram with Cummins engine over his local Ram dealer.
Better come with more than that. I’ve gotten 15k off of both that I’ve bought.

Again, just wait until you wish to sell it or trade it in. Then you'll see what one is really worth.
Who cares? You realize they are less expensive with a longer warranty, right?

Where did you purchase those trucks?

One at sterling in Opelousas and another from a dealer near Dallas.

My dad has a 2005 lone horn edition. He likes it and so do I. The only complaint I have is the AC doesn’t cool as well as my F150 did and I can never get the damn vents to send the AC where I want it other than that it’s been reliable. Changed out the alternator and the door odometer stopped working but that’s the only things to fix or replace. 120,000 miles been driven from Louisiana to Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, and all points in between.

Ram has a higher resale value than F150 and Tundra in 18 and 19, gramps. Sounds like you have no idea what you're doing when it's time to trade in.
May want to put down your classified newspaper ads.

Drove ram for work. Never had a problem. Bought one used. Still no issues. (Knock on wood)

Every domestic above a work truck should be in the 13k+ range as a starting point.

what are your opinions

Asking the question a different way, why should I consider a ram over any other brand? Does it do anything better than any other brand? Mpg’s, power, room? Any features offered in the ram bit offered in any other brand?
In terms of capability (max payload, towing, etc) Ford and GM might have the Ram beat in a couple categories. The reality of the situation is that half ton truck buyers rarely need those max capability stats and the companies use them for marketing. Ram somewhat gambled on this buy putting a coil sprung rear suspension in the 1500 back in 2009 and I think it was a smart gamble.
If you’re using your truck mainly as a commuting vehicle with occasional towing or hauling, it’s really hard to beat the ride comfort and lux interior of the new Ram. It’s head and shoulders above it’s competition right now.

They are good looking trucks
My first car out of college was a 03 Ram and it was a POS with tranny issues so I have remorse.
I just hate Chrysler products

I have a 19 Ram. I prefer it to the wife Lexus. Damn thing rides better, is quieter, more features and is fun to drive. I have to admit I was not a fan of any Dodge from the garbage they made in the 80 and 90's. Give them a look as they have really improved their product.

Have a '18 Ram ecodiesel Laramie.
30k miles on it so far, no problems.
Everyone that has stepped foot inside my truck has admitted that it's the nicest looking truck they've ever seen.
Love my ram boxes too.
