How much service does a truck need on a regular basis? They maybe dedicate 1 bay for oil changes. The rest is to repair what breaks down. The more bays you dedicate to repairing broken vehicles, then that means the more often they are coming into the shop. If you have to have all that available space to repair that many vehicles on a weekly basis, then something is wrong with your product.

My 2014 Ram Limited 1500’s trade in value is still right around $21K.

Go try to trade it in on a Tundra and see how close to that trade value they offer you.

I own a 2019 Ram 1500 Bighorn with the V-6. I don't tow anything and rarely use it to haul stuff. Basically use it as my car. Lol. Anyway this is my first full-size truck ever and I am 60 y/o so I test drove everything else. No other truck compared looks, price, comfort, and mpg. My takes on other brands with no loyalty or bias. Toyota, great truck but over-priced and horrible mpg. Ford, good truck but outdated. Chev/GMC, too much plastic on the inside for my comfort. Nissan, ugly and couldn't get past it. Ram, comfort and ride is off the charts plus 24 mpg at 70 mph. My bil has owned several and got 200,000 miles on each with no issues. Hope mine does just as well.

That's all I got. Good luck.

Do you work for Toyota? Cause it seems like you might.

Again, just wait until you wish to sell it or trade it in. Then you'll see what one is really worth

If this is how you base your vehicle purchases I feel bad for you. I buy based on what I want to drive.

Bought my 2010 Dodge Ram new for 38.5K in Ascension Parish. Allstate gave me 32K for it when it flooded in 2016.

I'm in a 2016 Ram now and have no issues.

I've been looking at buying a new truck. Based on online photos and options I've seen it will probably be another Ram.

In my opinion Chevy and Ford are behind on interior styling and comfort. Anyone that says negative things about the Hemi or Cummins is just being a homer.

lol, is a $50K vehicle supposed to be special?

No, what I'm saying is if $20 a week in gas difference is a big deal to you, you probably don't need to spend $50K+ on a vehicle.

Also, I could post the last 5 years reliability from the buying guide too, but it's not numeric. It pretty much reflects the predicted reliability though.

I can't bring myself to buy a GM product or a Dodge product ever again after they screwed the tax payer because they couldn't figure out how to build a vehicle and not go bankrupt.

You do know that GM and Chrysler both paid back their bailout loans?! The only big 3 that didn't is Ford who got their loan 18 months before the other two under the guise of an "EPA research loan", which Ford has only made minimum payments on.

From what I recall after 5 years, taxpayers were still out over $10 billion due to the stock price. I'm pretty certain the taxpayers still were screwed but I haven't read anything in a long time.

I get 15mpg. It’s fine.

It's still a DODGE, don't care that they just put RAM on it. Trade and re-sell value is kaput.

I have a 2016 Ram single cab with the 5.7 hemi...great truck. Not had any issues with it. Most comfortable vehicle I've owned.

The only negative about it is poor gas mileage (mine averages around 13 mpg), but I knew that going in.

I'm sure my driving habits contribute somewhat to the gas mileage I get.

The only mod I added was a peddle commander for instant throttle response.
