If you have ever lived in New Orleans, especially in the city proper, you will notice there are a large amount of White Leftist transplants who have moved to the city from the West Coast, the Northeast, & the South. They are heavily employed in the medical industry & especially the service industry(bars, restaurants). You will see the men walking in Krewe De Vu & the women in the walking parades during Mardi Gras(Example-Camel Toe Steppers).They are extremely annoying. Scott who runs Courtyard is the poster boy for these people.
