Could a TV commercial like this one save Cortana Mall & make it the place to shop again?

Best Mall TV Commercial Ever?

It would at least keep the shootings down, IMO

Nothing can save Cortana. I can't believe it's still hanging on by a thread. They should just convert it into some sort of warehouse/distribution center.

I've seen better commercials shot in the Quad on a Tuesday

If it's a commercial for bulletproof vests, drugs, and prostitutes, then yes.

Apparently no one who agreed to be in that commercial has a shred of dignity.

This is what Cortana has become. Its now destined to become the mecca of the small start up church and technical colleges.

Honest question, when did Cortana Mall start circling the drain? I moved away from BR over 20 years ago and remember going to Cortana as a kid.

It started the second Mall Of Louisiana opened around 1997-1998.

It just accelerated as the anchor stores like Service Merchandise and Mervyn’s died off.

Cortana was dead to me once Childrens Palace closed down.

I was already gone by then.

When did Mama Bravo (Brava?) pizza close down? Loved that place as a kid.

Not a mall commercial but nothing will ever beat the Flea Market Montgomery commercials imo. LINK
