How fricking stupid can you be?

A little overweight I can maybe overlook.

But that chick on the cover is morbidly obese. Diabetes, congestive heart failure and arteriosclerosis are in a heated battle right now to see which one does her GIGANTIC FAT arse in.

If you can’t move three miles in 35 minutes, you’re not healthy. I know a bunch of 300 pound 55 year old men who can do that. I also know a bunch of 35 year old 200 pound men who can’t.

People want to throw God under the bus for Darwin, but when it comes to his “survival of the fittest” they just shite all over that.
We live in a very weak society. It is concerning.
These folks can get healthy, they’re just lazy. Makes me sick.

It’s not shaming, it’s the damn truth and people need to wake up and hear the truth, or get some damn self respect.

ETA: If Cosmo is saying “this is healthy” in reference to that fat girl working out, that is Kinda ok. But, they need to spell that out.
And, the fat girl needs to lose a lot of weight before she starts an exercise regimen. Starting to work out when you’re that fat is actually not all healthy. She could catch a bad sports injury at best or catch a heart attack at worst.

I can tell you right the fat bitch that cover would a full day and a scooter to move 3 miles unless a triple chocolate/caramel sundae was at the end the trip.

You can certainly be bigger and very healthy, but there is a limit

I would fat shame her all day. Society needs to quit making obesity normal and glorifying it. That whale is the reason health insurance and hospital costs keep going up for us.

A better use of your time would be looking into why the government has allowed high fructose cornsyrup and questionable additives/preservatives to be added to consumer foodstuffs, and trying to change the situation. A lot of children have type 2 diabetes. They don’t need shaming, even as adults. They need to know how to make and prepare healthy, filling choices. Since cooking is a bit of a lost art, I would suggest trading gender/critical race theory classroom time with home ec. More bike paths and public parks would also be great.

It's actually a crying shame that this is the message they have chosen to put out to black women. It's criminal gaslighting to tell black women that being morbidly obese is perfectly healthy. Put some fat white bitch on the cover with this same dangerous lie.
