I feel ya there.

I gave up junk food because once I couldn't eat anything I wanted anymore.

Health nuts always say you won't miss that stuff. I found it hard to believe but they're right.

I honestly don’t mind them telling folks that being obese is ok. If people are stupid enough to think obesity is healthy then frick em.

Isn't there a distinct link between obesity and higher fatality rates from the Covid virus?

Aren't they angry at Donald Trump for "not doing enough" and now they're glorifying obesity on the cover of a magazine?

shite I'm a bit overweight and I'm not happy about it, it just doesn't feel right compared to my better days, what happened to science and all?

Apparently they have multiple covers for 2/2021 as part of their "This is Healthy" campaign.

Here's another -

Yes. And it's not just COVID. Obesity is a significant risk factor for the development of almost every chronic disease.

Most of their readers are fatties. They are just telling them what they want to hear. Just think how many fatties are going to buy this issue so they can use it as "proof" that they don't need to lose weight.

Funny thing is Cosmo used to call Ethiopians fat.

No.

It's not.

If that photo is considered healthy, at what weight do they say they are unhealthy?

250lbs? 300lbs? 350lbs? 400lbs? 450lbs? 500lbs?

What’s the new cutoff?

By telling their readers what they want to hear. Some of you (not you specifically) seem to think Cosmo is concerned about the health of their readers. They aren't.

It ain’t just a weight, it is the frame you stretch it over.

250lbs on a 6’4” guy is different from 250lbs on a 4’11” woman.

I bet that’s one copy that won’t be selling any issues.
