Not replying to your post so relax.

Looked up last week's Advocates. No mention of number of cases until Saturday. It reported 36 cases as of Friday afternoon.

So in less than a week we've gone from 36 to well over 380 cases.

Most areas only just started testing. So of course that number is going to jump.

Anybody else get a email from OLOL?

Yep, all screwed up if one has to go to a clinic.

• Do you live in a community where there have been multiple confirmed COVID-19 cases?
• Have you visited Orleans Parish or Jefferson Parish in the past 14 days?
• Has someone from Orleans Parish or Jefferson Parish visited you in the past 14 days?
• Have you been within 6 feet of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
• Are you experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath?

• If you or your caregiver answer “yes” to any of the above questions, you will be required to wear a mask and your caregiver may be asked to wait for you outside of the clinic.

My kid has been spending his week chilling at the golf course clubhouse with other kids. He’s 6 too. They put together a “camp” like they do during the summers to give the kids something to do and somewhere to go. I’m not keeping him cooped up.

My mom works in the medical field and she heard from a doctor at BR General that there are currently 13 coronavirus patients on respirators there.

But we've done far less than the Asian countries, like Japan, that have had good results with social distancing. Americans aren't hard wired to think of the "greater good" over individual rights like other countries are. I'm looking at footage of thousands of spring breakers on the beaches getting ready to bring Corona virus home to their families.
