Are we already (Louisiana) in the midst of a downward trend? New cases started dropping in earnest on April 10th, but there have been high and low days since.
Also, I don't see how we don't see spikes that keep us perpetually bouncing back between phase 1 and shutdown, or just staying in phase 1 if that's how it works.

I really don't think that much of this has happened outside of NYC and the surrounding area. I do think that a lot of people died of COVID-19 there who were uncounted.

Feeling optimistic in Ohio as well. Governor said we will start the process of reopening on May 1. He didn't give too many specifics on what that means other than the usual stuff, but just hearing him say that made us all smile.
Also noticing an uptick in business this week, especially today. It might be those stimulus checks hitting or just renewed optimism.

It’s called a PUI and yes people report it but I’ve never seen publicly reported numbers for COVID positive that include it without being called out clearly.

Think that they will open the economy for those that have case and death tolls meaning no hot spots, like in Jersey or NY there in the opening back up even as earlier than May 1st!

I could easily see Louisiana open back up but NO stay closed.
