Cornell University Situation Is Going To Turn Into Another Duke Lacrosse Case Isn't It?

To emphasize, I am not forgiving these men if they did gang r*pe the girl. They should all go to jail and/or be executed. Luckily for them it's New York so the death penalty would be off the table. I just wanted to get that out there now.

Cornell University Situation

With that said, it's obvious women have learned nothing from the Duke Lacrosse case all those years ago and are actually worse now. Screw waiting for the facts to come out. They are guilty until proven innocent. Their lives should be destroyed. All that stuff. And these are the same women who never muttered one word of apology to the Duke Lacrosse men after it was revealed the whole thing was made up and trumped up by that DA.

I'm also curious what you all think about the other 50 men. A lot of people are saying that, while they weren't directly involved, they should've stepped up and tried to stop it. But hasn't feminism made that problematic as well?

To me the people asking where the other 50 men were, discount how dangerous it is for men to step up in these situations. It's like if you see a man beating up a woman (his girlfriend or another lady friend) outside a bar. Not only could you be giving yourself a lot of trouble if you get involved, but there's no guarantee the woman doesn't turn on you to defend the man beating her up.

Who's to say, for those other 50 men, that if they said something those 7 men would've beaten them up. Worse, who's to say the woman wouldn't have turned on them? It's a great example of how, in modern society, it's far too risky for men to get involved in situations that do not directly impact them.

But yeah, get ready for the preaching the next few weeks at least on this. And then women will wonder why more and more men are stepping away and wanting nothing to do with women.

How could kids smart enough to get into Cornell be dumb enough to do something like this?

Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten said in a statement that his office is considering whether to bring criminal charges related to the incident, though he said the allegations in the civil complaint are "dramatically different" than the woman's statement to police two years ago.

"She never says that she was drugged without her knowledge. She admits to taking drugs and alcohol voluntarily and with knowledge. She does not allege that she was forced to engage in any acts. She does not say that she was physically helpless or unconscious or incapacitated at any point during the time at the fraternity house," Van Houten said.

Van Houten said that he considered Jane Doe, the alleged victim, credible. He also said neither Jane Doe nor her attorneys ever contacted his office to ask for reconsideration of her case or to suggest that her sworn statement was inaccurate

And this is why it's right for men to understandably question the woman's angle. Why is it so different now? Again, this is why this seems way too familiar to the Duke Lacrosse case. Like it's going to become all political.

And it sounds like everyone was drunk. So in that case, did the woman also not r*pe the men as well?

The voluntary intoxication loophole is going to come into play here. Unless she was physically incapable of saying no to sex, if she's intoxicated and they're intoxicated, then either she ra*ped those men as well or th ere is no r*pe.

It already is.

Once her statement to police that listed zero crimes and in fact implicated her with rape of two of the guys…it was over

I’d love to see the Venn diagram of women on social media insisting Lindsey Clancy is innocent and those expressing outrage over the Cornell University rape incident all week. I’m guessing it’s damn near a circle.

She admitted to a consensual threesome with two of the guys.

She “estimated that she was a 5 or 6 out of 10” on the intoxicated scale

One of the guys, according to her, was so drunk that he eventually passed out, and the other puked several times.

That’s rape is it not? If a guy did that to a girl?

It really does amaze me that more men don't fight back on rape allegations by claiming the woman raped them.

It's always been a weird conflict to me. If both the man and woman are drunk, and legally neither can "consent" to sex, then didn't they both rape each other?

She also admitted that every single time she asked anyone to stop or said no, they did.

Even Sunny Hoskins is defending the guys.

It’s online mob political feminists making a deal of this slag

It drives me crazy the amount of dumbass women that immediately junp on this without knowing any actual facts.

Innocent until proven guilty. Let’s see the facts before condemning people.

If they did it then I hope it’s proven. Right now, I have my doubts.
