A cop that she is ignoring/walking away from when he/she is suspected of committing a crime? No.
But I’m the minority that expects people to be held accountable for their actions, so there’s that.

If she's an 11 year old in a store unsupervised to begin I highly doubt her parent(s) are the type to come down hard on little Sissy. Young juveniles today are much more confrontational and belligerent than even a decade ago. People need to get out of this mindset that children cannot be physically touched/disciplined.

Again, I have no problem with her being detained. But I am in the minority of people that think that if you have trouble detaining a non-resisting 11 year girl without tasing her, perhaps you need a vocational change.
