Todd and Trey McClure in Biddy Basketball.

I can't remember which one, but one of then got a technical for dunking the 8.5-foot goal at the end of the season.

Attempted to block Chad Lavalais all game my senior year. Wing T ate his lunch. Also tried to block Cole Pitman and Byron Dawson for several years when we played Evangel. Wing T wasn't quite as successful against those guys.

Seems like everybody on those late 90's evangel teams played in college and a few made it to the league.

At the time my HS was best known for track and wrestling. Many went on to NCAA schollies.

Played against and knew Matt Stinchcomb in football/track in HS. He went to UGA then the NFL before his broadcasting career.

David Pollack went to my HS but a few years behind me. He was my brothers age so watched him from his youth league days and knew his family.

Probably the biggest name from our area was Jason Elam. Had a long NFL career and briefly held the record for the longest FG in NFL history @ 63 yards. Jeff Francouer was a big deal in HS too and had tons of football accolades but opted to play baseball in the MLB.

I didn't know you were from my neck of the woods.

Or if I did I forgot. I do remember discussing this with someone once, so it could have been you.

My memory ain't what it used to be for some reason...

I forget why I have trouble remembering stuff.

I played with Todd Kinchen-he was fun to watch and impossible to tackle. I played against that kid from White Castle that went to USL and played in the NBA-Kevin Brooks.
