This is one of the first pics I found:
It’s from an article she wrote extolling the virtues of black fatherhood, and attempting to dispel the myths that black fathers are not present in children’s lives.
I just skimmed the article, but the gist is that it’s a jumbled mess. Also, “father” can mean a strong male influence, whether it be a grandfather, uncle, or a combination of fatherly figures in a child’s life.

psychology today is one of the absolute worst places. If you want to get to the root of where many of the prog left ideas come from, read that site and weep.

Whats funny is that while some stores ran ads featuring chunky chicks, they never changed the male models. If you go to Target, you'll see chunky chick models and ripped male models. They still want women to come eye f*** the studs on the walls.

It’s the real life version of the Barbie vs He-man meme.

It's referred to colloquially as "eye fricking" and chicks do it, too...
That’s not what it means in this context. It’s not men gazing at women; it’s the exploitation of women in all kinds of culture. In other words, normality.

Some people don’t discard facts and logic you stupid count. Just the weak minded.

Funny how feminism endorses sex specific terminology when it is critical of men. Mansplaining, male gaze, man spreading, whatever. We get it. You don't want equality, you just hate men. If you didn't you would speak differently.

If you don’t think people partied hard in the 70’s and 90’s then you weren’t there.

Nah you right. I interpreted the phrase literally instead of figuratively as it was used. I caught that but decided to roll with it. Be more fun.

The recent rise of weight loss medications coincided with social media influencers sharing ways to get smaller and no longer celebrating bodies of all sizes. Advertisements followed suit, making men’s desire once again a dominating factor in how stories are told, and how women are portrayed.
