I can agree with that.

I saw a bum taking a shite in a parking garage elevator there a few years back. I took the stairs.
As for cleanest in my experience:
1. Singapore, makes Disney look dirty
2. Swiss cities (Lucerne, Bern, Zurich, Basel)
3. Austrian cities (Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck)
USA
1. DC
2. Seattle (pre-Antifa)
3. Charlotte
HM - Boston
Was pleasantly surprised at Chicago.

Go up to MKE all the time. Very clean city as long as you stay away from a few spots (west of Marquette). But overall very nice.

In 1999, I went to Stockholm and it was the cleanest, nicest city I'd ever seen.
Doubt it still is.

Government funds allow these a-hole slobs to habitually litter.

I sat by a dude from Singapore on a flight to Japan one time. Friendly guy who worked a ton in the states, but he was all-in on executing drug dealers and shaming bubble hum chewers. Asked me if there were any drug dealers in Houston. I said “hell yeah.” Asked him if there were any in Singapore. “Ha. No.” He made his case.

Yeah, they don't frick around with that over there.
Meanwhile a guy can shoot someone here and get a 10 year suspended sentence.

San Diego was very clean.
Nashville I found to be pretty clean.
As was said before I was shocked at how clean Chicago was when I was there.

Add the word “cleanest” and I want some of whatever you’re on.

There’s a culture of carrying your trash with you (even food trash) until you have a place to throw it away.
Isn't that what normal people do?
Leaving trash around is well, trashy.

Cleanest city I’ve ever been in was Abu Dhabi in 2000.
San Diego was pretty clean too

US -Salt Lake City.
I know everybody here hates Portland and Seattle, but they used to be gorgeous cities to visit.

We typically throw things away in public trash cans, of which they have very few.

Although it is a small city, Burlington is Vermont's largest city and is the cleanest place I have ever been.
