Polymarket has her at a 33% chance of getting convicted on 1st degree murder.
LINK
Got these factors to weigh:
-9 women and 3 men on the jury
-Massachusetts is a state where it's legal to abort babies until the moment of birth
-Massachusetts is full of liberals
- in Massachusetts, the burden is on the prosecution to prove that the defendant was not mentally insane. In most states, the burden is on the defense th prove the defendant was mentally insane.
- Prosecution did a poor job up until the closing statement.
My guess is guilty on manslaughter, guilty on second degree murder, not guilty on 1st degree murder. No way 9 women will unanimously agree to send this ***** to jail for the rest of her life where she belongs.

Oh wow. Never stood a chance .
They won’t want to live with themselves condemning this strong and fierce mama bear to jail for eternity

It's a disgrace that this is even an option. That's basically saying "yeah she killed them, but didn't really mean to."
Huh?

9 women and 3 men in Massachusetts....you'd get a longer sentence for offending a minority than murdering 3 children.

9 MA women and 3 men?
Hung jury, esp if the verdict has to be unanimous.

This is where I'd bet if I did such degenerate activities.

How did the prosecution screw up so bad during jury selection?

Who could have known women would go from fierce mama bear to "it's ok to kill your kids if you feel sad" between selection and now?

Karmelo should have pleaded PPD

Kinda caught everyone off guard.

Suicidal empathy has gone off the charts with AWFL's. Also cozying up to radical Islamic terrorists as well.

She doesn't belong in jail. She belongs in the grave.

Not guilty by reason of insanity. She’ll end up in a mental health facility or state hospital for the foreseeable future.
I watched most of the trial, and the prosecution didn’t do a very good job. They were very unlikable and were sort of all over the place with their accusations. They were rude to her mother and mother in law and brought up their Catholic religion in their questioning (and were admonished by the judge for it). A little sympathy for the grandmothers may have gone a long way with the jury.
The defense attorney did a much better job and, according to reporters that were in the courtroom, had a more favorable response from the jury whenever he was speaking.
The commonwealth didn’t prove that she was not suffering from a mental health crisis when she killed her kids. I just don’t see them convicting her for murder or even manslaughter.

Had jury been sequestered- guilty. If not- most lenient charge possible.

There's no way there aren't at least 4 or 5 sympathetic jurors of the 9 women there

Women jurors letting a child killer go free because the prosecution was "rude" to the grandmothers is just the kind of level-headed decision making we expect from them.
