Chick-fila has never messed up my order. It happens regularly at other places.

Worth the price to eat without feeling fatigued.

This is not an insignificant perk of expensive places in general.

You are proof that people will find something (anything) to complain about. Chick is tops with fast food & nothing else comes close. You can make an argument about best tasting chicken sandwich, but it’s the only chain that has a good mix of elevated fast food & healthy/grilled options with excellent service.

You misspelled "Raising Cane's".

Employees cost money, and Chickfila always has tons of employees, and good employees at that. You're paying for service and dependability. They have 5x-7x the number of employees of a normal fast food restaurant. If you go to Popeyes, you're lucky if they have five employees and a supervisor per shift, and that's assuming none of them are in the freezer or by the dumpster on a "safety meeting" break. Chickfila has 20+ per shift, and they are all hustling.

Portions are fine for lunch.

They do go a little small on breakfast sandwiches nowadays.

I do think it's impressive they can have that many more people who are all good employees (so likely cost a little more) and prices aren't triple that of other places. I'm not one who thinks their food is amazing. It's okay, but not remotely what I think drive's their success.

I’m with ya. I hate chic fil an and never eat it. They have the fast food generation thinking it’s healthy.

And the soccer moms will feed it to their kids so they can rush home and post their days events and who pissed them off on Facebook.

CFA food is ok, but their service is 11 out of 10.

That 3 piece spicy from Popeyes is delicious, service MEH.
Would wait for that 3 piece though

Of my 5 worse fast food experiences, mainly related to extremely long waits or wrong orders, or both, 5 of them have been at various BKs. Over the last few years.

Because BK hires Popeye's employees only getting 10-12hrs a week.

You evidently don't know the company cost for a sweet tea. They sell gallons at each store everyday.

An anecdote. The CFA that I used to stop at for breakfast (pre-golf) always had an older gentleman that walked from a nearby subdivision. We would talk sometimes, he played golf before his back/vision deteriorated, widower and he talked about the "twins" that worked the morning shift.

Two weeks in a row he wasn't there. One of the twins said he had a stroke.

A month later he was back. "You OK"?

"I'm slow and I kinda wobble walking to get my breakfast, but I want you to know those twins visited me 2 or 3 times a week when I was in the hospital".

Raising Cane’s has them beat. I don’t mind Chick-fil-A but Canes is a scam and not good at what they are supposed to be good at. Our local grocery store has better tenders

I will say one thing holding them back: they could improve their fries.

I dissed Chick-Fil-A and fellow members of the Georgia Sports Board came after my arse. I don't care and I don't eat chicken. Give me a ribeye or a rack of pork ribs.

There’s nothing wrong with Chick Fil A, but it is white women chicken. Everything about it screams southern white women from the dining room decor to the small neatly packed food. They’re great at what they do.
