this would also explain the disproportionately high homicide numbers in Baton Rouge since they're usually pretty low

in a related story, a black guy actually did wear a white guy mask and went on a robbing spree.
from the website "blackenterprise", and i must agree, this is one enterprising young black man. that's a much more convincing disguise than the chicago police officers.
that $500 mask and novelty glasses paid for themselves several times over after 30 robberies. i see a bright future in business for this young man.
