Kids invariably end up hating their parents. It’s the natural state of things.

I don’t hate my parents.

Over 40, married with no kids. Love the freedom and having money to do whatever I want whenever I want

I cannot fathom attempting to enter public society knowing I’m 40+ and still never married/no children. He’s literally “that guy” that people have to interact with and get away from ASAP.

Nothing wrong with that.
Now this unmarried 40+ creeper over here ….

These type of threads are the worst because both sides always come across as judgy and sanctimonious. It’s always hey look at me I have kids and am better than you and the other side without kids say they’re better off. It’s weird.

My theory is to each their own. We get one life and live it the way you want

I'm over 40... have two grandkids from my daughter. Unfortunately they're done though, had the two pretty close together and no plans for more.
And yes, they're white.

Are you new to the rant? That’s how every thread goes.

I have more than two. We gotta keep pace. If you're capable, and are interested in raising good kids and maintaining a healthy society, you need to have as many as you can.
