I took 2021 off from drinking. First part was weird, after that it was pretty easy.

Present. I feel like I had enough last night to cover the entire month of January.

I’ve found that moderation is the absolute best for my well being.

Avoid drinking completely during the week and limit to maybe 5-7 drinks over the entire weekend.

It’s the perfect balance for me to still enjoy whatever beer, wine or cocktail you want and still feel good.

In but I’m starting tomorrow. This will be my longest sobriety in 20+ years and I’m really looking forward to it.

You take this shite seriously? No wonder you drink enough to need to have a "Dry January".
